If you really want to make an entrance at any show, gig, event or promotion with your enamel pin badges, then you are going to need to consider backing cards. These small but powerful pieces of recycled printed cardboard can set your pins off in fabulous fashion!
What Are Backing Cards?
Backing cards can be whatever you want them to be! The main purpose of them is to help you sell your pins or present them in a more professional manner. A lot of our customers prefer to receive their pins in clear plastic bags, and while this is perfectly acceptable, we think you can do much better. Backing cards can come in any size or die-cut to any shape, but usually most people prefer standard sizes such as square or rectangle and usually sized at around standard credit card size or double that. The idea with the cards is to print your branding and / or promotional material on the front and / or back. The pin is then pinned onto the card usually in the centre. The cards are then placed in clear plastic pouches; we also offer recycled brown envelopes which are a nicer environmentally aware choice.
Why should You Choose Backing Cards For Your Enamel Pins?
Backing cards for enamel pins or any of our pin products such as die-struck, die-cast or printed badges are the icing on the cake! Backing cards show that you care about the presentation as well as how your customer feels when they receive the goods. There is a good chance your customer will keep the backing card after they start wearing the pin, this means continual brand engagement with your customer as well as exposure to their friends and family. For example, if you were a book store, an author or was releasing pin badges related to books, you could create a backing card in the shape of a book page marker, and have your brand or message at the very top of the page finder. To add to that, backing cards can cost as little as ten pence each.
How Much Do Backing Cards For Enamel Pins Cost?
The cost of backing cards is minimal in terms of your overall pin budget. Costs for backing cards are set at the following, see below.
