Below is a collection and showcase of our favourite custom made badges. Whether they are made from metal, cloth, PVC, faux leather, or any other such material we need to use in order to get the job done.
Custom Soft Enamel Pin Badges
Our personalised custom made soft enamel pin badges are a great choice if you are looking for a cost effective yet impactful option for your brand. They are made by us to the highest standard in the industry. There are no limits on the size, shape and colour. We use Pantone Matching System so every colour can be matched accurately. We have small minimum orders, fast turn around and amazing quality guaranteed.
There are over 21 different plating options to choose from, and we are still adding to this. Some of the plating options include silver, gold, antique silver, antique gold, matte silver, matt gold, black dye, nickel, bronze, antique bronze, black nickel and many more. All of our badges are made to YOUR design specifications with no corners cut!
Custom Hard Enamel Pin Badges
Our custom made hard enamel pin badges are actually the same as our custom made soft enamel pin badges, with all the same options to choose from. Essentially the hard enamel pin badges start out as soft enamel pin badges, but the magic step is sanding and polishing of the badge once the enamel has hardened. A soft enamel pin badge is not actually ‘soft’, it was just a way to distinguish them from ‘hard enamel’ pin badges.
What we actually call ‘hard enamel pin badges’ today, are imitations of the classic cloisonné lapel pin. But don’t worry, our hard enamel pins are no less great than the traditional cloisonné pins. Hard enamel pins are a great choice if you would like to convey a sense of prestige or quality, whereas the soft enamel pins are great for a more fun and playful brand or business.
Custom Woven / Embroidered Patches / Badges
Our Custom made patches are a great way to go if you want your designs to be worn on clothing, or accessories like bags and wallets etc. They are cheaper than our enamel pin badges, and can be applied in unique ways as mentioned above. We offer various methods to attach the patches to your desired item. Such as Velcro, iron on or sew on. There are also a number of different styles to choose from.
There is the woven patch, these contain more detail such as writing and smaller colours for highlighting your designs. Embroidered patches are the oldest type of patches, actually dating back thousands of years. You’ll be happy to know we are still making them! They are great for less complicated designs, or if you are trying to achieve a certain look, such as a military, for clubs or societies or just be a little different to your competition. And then there is printed patches, these are great if you have a lot of detail you need to get across (as seen in this Celtic United fan badge above).
We can create most patches from sizes 40mm up to 500mm! Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need advice.
