Just like our Die Struck and Enamel Badges, our 3D die cast badges can be mounted with any fixing, and are available in a wide range of finishes. Custom Chenille Patches + Fluffy Patches.
Our award winning custom chenille patches and fluffy patches are the types of patches you usually see on American varsity jackets. They are thick, fluffy and usually bright coloured in the shape of bold typeface letters (hence the name letterman jackets worn by college students).
We recommend our custom chenille patches and fluffy patches for those brands who want a little flavour of vintage americana or want to be bold and stand out a little more than usual. They can be adhered to a variety of mediums such as coats and jackets, bags, hats and even sweaters and t shirts. We can make the patches as sew on, iron on or sticky application.
The minimum order quantity on our custom Chenille patches and fluffy patches is 50 pieces. But we find the sweet spot is 100 pieces. This is where you will get the best price per piece in these lower quantities. We can cater for small start up brands as well as fully functioning wholesale brands at any stage in their business who require 5000 patches to 10,000+ patches per order.

Custom Knitted Acrylic Scarves

Custom Lost Wax Rings
Custom Lost Wax Ring making is a dying art, it is time consuming and labour intensive, but the results are worth it! It is artisan work at best. We are pleased to offer this to our customers and think you will have a lot of fun with the results.
The name LOST WAX comes from the process involved where we create a number of positive and negative molds to end up with a custom made ring made from whichever metals you choose. Normally we create rings from lead free zinc alloy as well as more precious metals such as silver and gold if required.

Custom Woven Patches & Badges
Our award winning custom woven patches and badges are perfect for any design needing detail and clarity. We usually recommend this product for customers who have detailed designs, embroidered patches being more suited for simpler vintage looking designs.
As well as a more cost effective product, woven patches are slightly cheaper than embroidered due to there being less set up costs involved. If you are unsure on which option to choose please check out our blog post on the differences between woven and embroidered patches.
