A Talk With Anna!
My name is Anna Xhaard and Iām an artist and illustrator from Paris, France.
What company / brand do you run and what do you offer that you are proud of?
I always wanted to be an artist, I have painted and drawn for a long time! Even with social networks, I fell like itās not easy to share my work with people. I started a shop, with prints, cards of my original art, customised t-shirts, tote-bags, leather and jean jacketsā¦ and recently made my first Pins. Now, I can actually meet new clients, share my art and sell it in concept stores and events. Iāll start an online Etsy shop in Jan 2020!!!
How is business in your sector and what are you currently working on that you canāt wait to share?
Art is not an easy sector and it is usually not accessible. I love to bring art in everyday life, making prints that people can easily offer to decorate their home or make presents. Create goodies with pinās on clothes, or custom jacket and t-shirt. I also draw flashes for tattoos!
Iām working on an exhibition that I share with my friend Rene Brink, 4 to 9 December in 9/11 Rue Vintimille 75009 in Paris. Weāll exhibit original paintings and drawings and a concept shop , a special tattoo afternoon on Friday with my flashes and a Saturday live painting with concert! Busy week š We canāt wait!
How have your custom pins from Studio Dais been used to help your business?
The pins are my number one item! I can carry them everywhere with me because they are small, not heavy and resistant! Itās also the best gift to promote, people instantly put them on there jackets!!
Any wise words of wisdom to pass on to our readers?
I didnāt take the custom backing cards for the pins, and I regret it. I am Happy to have added my custom signature artwork on the back, because a lot of people say it changes everything! Also happy I choose those flashy Pantone colours because it they look very professional!
