The smallest size is 30mm to 40mm (longest side). You don’t want to go smaller than this with PVC Vinyl Keyrings. The price is a respectable £222 for 100 pieces, or £2.22 each. This will allow you up to 7 bright colours and a jump split ring for free.

If you wanted 200 of the same keychains, the price would be £288, or £1.44 each. Once the master mold has been made, we can double your quantities without doubling the price. Below you can see the chart very simply explains how the economies of scale works. With the above quantities example, if you wanted just one keyring, you would be paying maybe £200. If you wanted 100 keyrings you would be paying £222. As you increase your output you decrease the price. We find the sweet spot is around 100pc to get the best price vs quantity ratio.
